IgniteKIDS Reopening Information
Starting October 25th, 2020 we will be reopening our kids ministry on Sunday mornings. There will be a few differences from how things were pre-COVID. First, we will be having IgniteKIDS in the Youth Room instead of the Fellowship Hall. The reason for this is so we can provide overflow seating in the Fellowship Hall once the Sanctuary reaches a certain capacity. Also, we will be splitting the Preschool (2-4 years old) and K-5 into different rooms. Preschool will meet in the 3rd-5th grade room (upstairs at the end of the hallway) and K-5 will be in the Youth Room. We will also be implementing certain additional safety measures.
The additional safety measures we will be taking are the following:
• Temperature checks during child check-in. If your child has a temperature of 100.4 or higher they will not be able to attend service that Sunday. We also ask that if any member of your household has a temperature of 100.4 or higher that your family attend service online only so that we can continue to keep everyone safe.
• Anyone in the K-5 room including kids & volunteers are asked to wear a mask.
• Social distancing will be in place as much as possible.
• There will be hand sanitizer at the doors entering the Youth Room and hallway going to the Preschool Room.
When arriving on Sunday morning, Child Check-In will begin at 10am at the top of the stairwell, outside the Youth Room. We are going to try to have as many kids pre-checked in as possible to prevent any wait times. Please use the button below to Register your family if you will be attending church on Sunday. This is incredibly important for us to be prepared for the number of people who attend.
